* SerpentWrench is guaranteed to function for life. If it breaks and cannot function it can be replaced for free. (Customer pays shipping and duties if applicable)

Delays- We are not responsible for shipping or customs delays. 

Untracked items- typically take 10 to 12 business days to arrive and provide no information to customer or shipper. Once shipped we have no information to inform the customer about arrivals, delays or location.
